Confused about self serve's 'usage section'

When I use self-serve and click on the usage section it tells me that Ive used 371/500 airtime minutes, but when I click on show details I get taken to another when I can scroll through all my calls and the page total reads 553 minutes. I dont know which one reads true and it is hard to monitor my air time.

Ive also found a glitch, on the view details page for airtime if I keep clicking show more really really fast I can literally bring the page total to over 2000... No joke. Ive got a screen recorder on my phone and a youtube page. If a koodo expert would like to see it happen in action I would be willing to make a little video demonstarting it and post a link for your viewing plesure.

But my real problem is what on earth do I believe now? I know I havent used 2000 hours of airtime, but Im getting 3 different sets of numbers and dont know what to believe.

Before I found this glitch I was assuming the 371/500 airtime took off my call time to accomadate my free evenings and weekends... But now I'm totally confused...

Could someone help me get my head back on straight?

Hmmmm....you indeed used 371 of your 500 minutes available in your monthly bucket. You do have evening and weekend minutes available to you starting at 5pm. The self-serve detailed section incorporates all calls in and outside of these period sot your total minutes used is going to be higher. So , you did have it correct.

I would love to see what you see as I'm unclear about how 2000 hours of conversation can be had. It would need over 80 days for that to happen and our bill cycles are monthly based with about 30 days of course.

I discovered the glitch in self-serve when I was trying to get to the bottom of the view details page for airtime really fast. Hope this can help Koodo solve this minor glitch.


Thank you for your reply, it relieves me of my worries, and I thought as much: the 371 minutes (374 now) is what the usage is minus evenings and weekends, while the 500-something on the view details page is total. Again, thanks.

That is very weird indeed. I'm sure Koodo will look it up and try to solve that problem! Does the problem occur on desktop as well?

Well, to reproduce the error one would have to "show more" in quick succession (only when doing it on phones does this happen) as the OP stated, which I don't believe many users would do. No real reason to.
