Confused about first bill

So I knew I'd be getting 1 month + prorated amount for the time I've had my phone but that isn't my question.

I have 3 tab charges for the month. I have 1 for the phone number that came with my phone, 1 for the number we tried to port (we couldn't so they gave me a new number) and 1 for the new number

So the total is around $35 too high? If so contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page where they can verify your account and further assist on this issue

OK, I'll try them there. I believe it has 1 or 2 extra tab fees on.

There is a glitch where this can happen. You can either accept it and have your tab paid off a couple months sooner or you can contact Koodo and they can adjust it for you.

Are you viewing this on the downloaded pdf ebill?  Sometimes the detailed bill is clearer.  From what I see in your post I dont understand the error

Are you not getting charged your monthly plan on the other 2?

So to clarify, do the tab parts of the bill work out?  Are they correct?

I only have 1 phone.
It was all fixed through messenger.
Thanks again. Happy I can do it all with chat and messaging and it was fixed quickly.
