Hi so I recently ordered the $40/6GB plan from Koodo transferring from Public Mobile. Order No. HFO19453708  | Order Date: March 11, 2018 and I still havent received any updates on the confirmation or shipment of the SIM card.  It's strange because someone called me from one of the local Koodo stores in my neighborhood and tried to get me to come in and do the transfer which I can't because I'm in school in a different city right now.  

Could you please check the order status and if there is something wrong will Koodo follow through with this offer since it'll pass March 15.

They will honor the offer since the delay was on their end.

But, yeah.... their online store is a bit backed up the last little while due to their promos
