Confirm purchase

I was called around 11:40 and was asked by a live person to confirm my purchase. Unfortunately I just missed the call. I called back a few minutes later, but got technical support and was told that the webstore agents aren't available until 3pm-9pm est. I don't understand why I was called so early if they aren't even open right now. I'm a little frustrated. I tried e-mailing yesterday to ask for an update, and again today to say I've confirmed the purchase. I also tried twitter. I haven't received a response. I realise I'm probably being impatient, but being called while they're "closed" feels off.

My order no is HFO19653540.

Is this normal?

Definitely seems odd. A rep on here should see it and look into it. Surprised that you haven't heard back from Twitter though. Email is basically a nonstarter unfortunately.

Yeah... I would recommend you yourself to initiate the contact; maybe I'm being parano but it made no sense for them to call you while this dept is "OFF DUTY".

Just because they only accept inbound calls from 3-9 doesn't mean they aren't working and making outbound calls prior to that those hours, right?
