I commanded a cellphone on line and i would like to cancel the command.How do I do it

For the online store orders, you must send the email out and wait for the reply. No one over the phone will be able to cancel the order. The email is: webstore@koodomobile.com

Thank you, i just got email invoice charged to my card, i know they didn't ship the phone, but I am really concern that I didn't get some to answer my email. can you please let me know where do i stand with this. i would like to have some to help me as I paid a lot of money, I'll still buy my phone from Koodo but i need to cancel this order. Please help.
