Combining two accounts into one

My husband and I have two separate accounts with koodo currently. I would like to merge them to the same account so that we can have unlimited calling between us. How can we do this?

You can do this over the phone or in person at a Koodo kiosk/store. It's called a transfer of ownership.

First you have to pick who's name the account will actually be in. When you decide, then the OTHER person (essentially, getting rid of their account) calls/goes in-store and asks for a transfer of ownership. They give the info of the person taking over the account, then that person taking over calls back at a later or at the same time to finish the process which usually involves a credit check, etc. But since you are both already Koodo customers that probably won't have to happen.

If you go in-store, make sure you both bring proper pieces of ID.

Advise customers requesting TOWN that:

A TOWN should not be processed until 3 months after activation of the subscriber which is being transferred.
A TOWN cannot be processed on a delinquent account with only one subscriber remaining after the TOWN is completed.
The TOWN process transfers billing responsibility from one account to another. Verbal approval is required by both the outgoing and incoming customer.
The incoming customer must call within 5 business days of initiation of the TOWN to complete the Transfer.
A credit check will be required for customers who require a new account.
$25 TOWN charge per unit applies. (Charged to the invoice at the time of completion)

2 Direct customer to call Customer Service at *611 from their phone or 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) to start or complete the TOWN request.

Note: Customer Service Reps are available

Monday – Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

*under "call us" I don't see transfer of owner ship. I see account user name change but that's just changing the name of the current account holder

Just to clarify, store reps can transfer account ownership, but they will need to call into Koodo to do so.
