Hi, I have been a Koodo customer for over two years and recently stopped one of my phones on the plan. I was charged a tab fee for $53.72. I understood that after two years your tab would be cleared with the new cell phone laws. Looking forward to your response.
The new rules currently only apply to holders of new contracts activated after the rules came into effect . If you upgrade your device, the new rules would then apply to you. I believe carriers are required to wipe older tabs (tabs started before the rules came into effect) after June 3 2015.
