Hi, I have been a Koodo customer for over two years and recently stopped one of my phones on the plan. I was charged a tab fee for $53.72. I understood that after two years your tab would be cleared with the new cell phone laws. Looking forward to your response.

The new rules currently only apply to holders of new contracts activated after the rules came into effect . If you upgrade your device, the new rules would then apply to you. I believe carriers are required to wipe older tabs (tabs started before the rules came into effect) after June 3 2015.

Mayumi wasn't talking about the same thing as you, Chad. Koodo changed to 2 year tabs on August 9th and only those who activated or upgrade on or after then qualify. And that does not go against any of the rules the CRTC has decided to impose, which technically don't officially start until December

Actually I thought I was commenting on my own comment but thanks for your clarification. Unfortunately, I can not delete my comment and move it since you've commented so if anyone else is reading this disregard my statement. Thanks

Reading some of the recent threads Ahmad, it seems like you are angry at the world. Why bother being here if you just pissing people off with your snarly comments?

Can't speak about other comments without specific reference, but I really don't see anything provocative about Ahmad's response here.
