Instead of relying on your customers to answer questions about your service, do it yourself. Start with a short description of the things that are included in the monthly plans.I would also like to see more data at a more reasonable price, especially considering that the apps on your phone are updating on, what it seems like, a daily basis.

There are employees that post here too. It's just that there's lots more customers than employees. Everyone volunteers their own time here.

Koodo also doesn't control what apps users install and have running in the background. They only make one; their Self Serve app. You can go to the Play Store and stop apps from updating until you're connected to WiFi.
