I was paying $45.00 for the 500 minutes and 500 data.  I saw it was now for $40.00 but when I clicked on that to change it now it shows I am only getting 300 minutes and 300 data.  This is not what I wanted.

What province are you located in? For most provinces, you can get a plan with 500 minutes and 1gb of data for 40$/month.

On most you would tap and hold the URL until a text bubble appears with the copy option. You would tap and hold in the input screen in Facebook to paste.

Suggest to call *611 to state your case. They can check into your account specifically. You can ask them to waive the charge $10 if it is something that the problem of Self Serve to cause you to call Koodo. I was in another situation to change my plan 2 days ago and Customer Service was kind enough to make the change and to waive the $10 fee. Good luck. Hope it helps.
