Clarification on Bill

Hello Koodo Team,
My Name is Dhavalgri Gosai and I was using your service from last 3 moths.
I am happy with your service.
My question is to you as below on my recent bill.
I was changed my Plan on 17 Dec 2016 so this plan effect on my this month bill but, unfortunately, that was the effected on my last  month Bill on 17 Nov 2016 to 16 Dec 2016.
Please check from your side and reply me on my question.
I would appreciate your reply promptly.

Hi Dhaval,

This is proration. Since you changed your plan half way through the bill cycle, Koodo had to re-calculate your bill price for the month. As you pay for the upcoming month in advance, they refunded you the portion of the plan that you no longer had due to the plan change. Then, they charged you the remainder of the month of the new plan and added next month's price to the bill.

There will always be some proration, it does not matter when you did it. If you want further clarification, you will need to contact Koodo using *611 from your mobile phone.
