Chose wrong booster! Can I change it?

Help! I just signed up for prepaid but made a mistake and clicked on the Talk Booster 100 instead of the 500. I haven't used my new phone so can I change it? (I can't see anywhere to do that on the self-serve page.) Or must I use the 100 and then buy the 500 booster I want?

If you want to change the plan (or booster in this instance) you should call Koodo customer service. It's a free call from your phone if you dial *611 from your Koodo phone. Hope that helps answer your question :)

There's no guarantee though. However, explain your situation and it's more than likely that they will switch it for you. Koodo is pretty awesome like that :)
