Checking data usage online

I have been trying to check my data usage on my online account for about 2 weeks now and it always tells me that it is unavailable. Is anyone having this problem? Why has it been unavailable for so long?

If you change the plan in the billing period, than it will not update data plan until next billing period. I had the same issue last time when I change the plan in December. I know the koodo self serve system is not the one of the best, but still its good.

I had that problem with the selfserve app ,i ended jp having to creat a new password befor it would ley me see mh usage

There have been reports from other customers with constant issues with the Self Serve app as well as the site. To be honest, with all the upgrades happening among koodo's network, the phones, site, I can see why Self Serve is having issues

Delete cache and cookies of your browser & make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. Also make sure your using the newest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer because Koodo website is optimized for these browsers. . If your using one try the other. There are no issues with Koodo's website or self serve other than the iPhone App
