When I check my usage online, there are two types of data shown "Koodo Mobile" where it says unlimuited and then just "Data" where it shows the limit of 300mb. What does Koodo Mobile refer to? IS this just that I have unlimited access to the koodo self serve app?
I have used some data but my data usage still shows zero. I have a new account - opened about 10 days ago, and about 3 days into my regular billing cycle.

Hi Tim,

With new activations, there is a 10 day period of unlimited data. This is to help customers get accustomed to how much data their applications use so that they know what they can do with their data. The "Koodo Mobile" from what I believe is that counter for the unlimited data. Your data usage will start accumulating on the 11th day from activating with Koodo.

ah! thanks. The rep did not tell me this when I signed up (at a Mobile Shop in Loblaws, not a koodo shop!). I see on my account that "Koodo Mobile" expires after 10 days.
Thanks for the explanation.
