Attempting to move. Wanting to port in a number from Fongo. Something seems to have gone wrong. Change number page tells me to check the "Check Transfer Status tool" but does not link to it.
The two other post are 3+ years old and offer no solution and are closed.
Hey Pip - I see on your account that a number ending in 995 was transferred to a number ending in 988 on Oct. 25 - does that sound correct? Have you tried powering down, removing and then reinstalling your SIM before powering back up?
I also see that you were able to speak with someone this morning about this and they've updated some of the information required to complete a port. Any updates since you spoke with us?

I was able to talk to someone after posting this post. I was able to find a direct number to the porting department and the person I talked to was wonderful. Knowledgeable so my call was fast and she assured me that it could take up to 3 days as per Fongo's rules.
