I keep getting a "check batter cover notification" every time I restart my Samsung Galaxy S5 neo.  Any way to stop this?

Nope

It's a built in reminder because the phone has water resistant properties.

There's no way to stop it.

There is, but it involves rooting your S5 Neo and installing Xposed Framework. From there you'll need to download the module, Xposed G-Touchwiz. Works for S5 and S5 Neo devices. Not worth the time or trouble in my opinion, plus the battery cover notification disappears instantly when you tap on it.

and doing the rooting would void your warranty

I was hoping it was just a setting that could be turned off.  If not, although its annoying I guess ts best to leave it.  Thanks for the information and advice!
