Charging me over usage for data

I just received my new bill and it is already saying I used all my data and that is wrong cause I always shut my data off unless I am at work and even then I check my stuff then shut it off so how can I have used all of it already? Please get this fixed.. It's already costing me to much money as it is! Thanks Rose-Anna Awalt

Hi Rose-Anna,

If you have an android phone you can check your data usage in the settings and see what app has been using up your data so you can be aware of what is using up your data. You can also set it to block data when you pass your data limit.
