If I sign up for a prepaid plan that does not have canada wide calling and texting but has a local calling window (evenings and weekends), (example: If i have a number from Halifax but do not live in or even near halifax), will I get charged ANY long distance fees or long distance charges?

If you have talk boosters then it will use those mins since they are canada wide.

Otherwise, since you are prepaid the call will just say you are unavailable since you only have local mins

What if I am calling another halifax number even though I'm not in or near halifax within the calling window?

Same thing.

You need to be in Halifax, calling a Halifax number for it to be considered local
