charges made when trying to set up a new phone

I bought a new phone and tried to setup the phone.  It was unsuccessful so went back to my old phone.  I received a charge on my invoice.  When I tried to call about my account the answering machine said I would be charged $10 for making an inquiry and there would be at 15 minute wait.  Total rip off Will be looking in to another provider.

Charges are for transactions that people themselves can do online Robbie. Not for inquiries. You could also save yourself some time by contacting us on Facebook messenger to look at your account.  I hope this helps!
