charged twice in one month

Hello.  Koodo charged me twice in one month for service as soon as I added automatic monthly payments to my credit card.

I strongly reccomend contacting koodo customer support to get the charge removed.

Hi Cate,

If you were charged twice, you can do as Chadwick said and call to get the charged reversed, or you can also just leave it as is and the second payment will be applied as a credit to your account, so you would have already paid for next month's service.

Thanks guys. I think that I have to wait until the next statement to make sure that one of the two charges will be applied to that month.  Customer service was hard to find, but they do exist!
