Charged twice

I paid my bill about a week late, and it showed up on my new bill so now I'm being charged twice. I did pay my previous bikk though, as I checked my bank account online, and I've been charged from koodo.
Basically, I was late to pay for my april to may bill, and i got an email saying my may to june bill is ready, and im being charged for both payments.
My phone is a moto g 3. My plan is $55/month, plus my tab charge and taxes which equals about $67/month. So I'm being charged $134 even though i already paid my first bill.

Looks like there was a lag between when you paid late and when the next bill was generated.

Just pay the new bill minus the amount you paid late?

If you need more information you can also check your balance through self serve. That will reflect your current balance minus anything you've already paid.

When you login to self serve and click View my Bill (or click the link below), does the price there reflect what you believe you should be paying? This will show when/if payments have been received or not where your ebill won't as it is just a pre-generated document.

When you get your next bill this should show the amount you have paid all will be alright.

According to my experience which is still going.... koodo is worse in billing and handling of tabs and other payments and accounts...........No problem solving capability at all...........And even after finding that they have problem in system and they did the mistake,,, they kept calling costumer and giving them pain.............different caller different time and same apologies and same promise all the time since 2.5 month .........
