Charged Twice for Top Up

Can someone explain this to me?

I paid with my credit card for this month's prepaid bill. And I signed up for automatic top-up after that. It charged me twice this month:

Dec 1 : Credit/ Visa Top Up Cr. 15
Dec 1 : $15 Base Plan Purc Dt. 15
Dec 2 : Automatic Top-U Cr. 15

My balance is currently $15 and Base Plan Renewal Date is Dec 31.

Is the $15 balance carried forward? Why would Koodo charge me this month again and not the next? Please explain this to me as I usually use postpaid.

Looks like you paid the day before the automatic top up triggered. Dont worry, the $15 remains in your prepaid account balance to use in the future

As Dennis, said, no worries, the extra balance is yours! You can buy a booster with it.
Or if you have no intention of buying a booster just lower the top up amount to $10 and it will reach $0 in a few months - after that you can up it to $15 again :)
