Charged Twice for my bill

I went ahead and paid the bill i had in the billing section of the self serve. Once the paiment was sent, i went and checked inot my account to see that i was charger twice the same amount of money. Any Idea why i was charged twice and how to be reimbursed for the second payment?

Probably just a glitch. You can leave the money in there and it will stay there until your next bill so essentially you are just paying next month in advance.

just to specify, the bill contained my balance for my old phone that i wanted to pay fully, the balance for my new phone and my current plan (about 170$ total) The 170$ was billed twice.

When you login to self serve, click view my bill, does your account balance say -$177.82 or does it say $0?

I have same problem guys. My bill go through twice. and charged twice interac.

What should i do. Any numbers? I already sent facebook messege. but they not answer me yet.
