Charged Twice

I wanted to pay my bill on Tuesday August 8th in the morning, I entered all the information and it had to be confirmed. After selecting the confirm button, a Koodo error page was displayed stating that the server is down and asking me to try again later. 10 minutes later I tried again and everything worked correctly, the payment was made. This morning (August 10) looking at my bank statement I noticed that I was charged twice, while the first time I had an error message. How is that possible? Why billed me twice? Is that normal? Can someone help me with this?

Glitches happen unfortunately. Now you did double pay so you don't have to pay next month as it'll just sit in your account. I personally don't think that it's worth the hassle to ask for it to be refunded as by the time you'll get it you'll almost be up for your next bill. Up to you of course. If you really want to get it back asap then send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have it sorted out.
