koodo charged payment without my authorization i removed my credit card two weeks ago and was switching it to a new one. i am incredibly pissed off. thinking about cutting phones all together now.

You'll have to call in and speak with billing to get this resolved as we don't have access to your account. However as far as taking the money before the due date, when you sign up for pre-authorized payments, if you read the agreement it states that koodo may take the money as soon as the bill is generated and not necessarily the due date. You agreed to that by signing up for pre-authorized payments.

Postpaid customers may revoke their authorization at any time by sending a notice at least 30 days in advance to Koodo Mobile Client Payment Services, PO Box 8930 Station Terminal, Vancouver (B.C.) V6B 4E2. Prepaid customers may revoke their authorization by visiting the Koodo Mobile web site at https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com. For more information on your right to cancel a preauthorized debit agreement, contact your financial institution or visit cdnpay.ca.
