Charged for Tab after I paid it off

I paid tab off when I paid August's bill - it states that my closing tab balance is $0.00. However, I was charged $15 for Tab on September's bill. My tab status is actually "No Tab". I've looked at this situation from the perspective that I must some how be wrong, but that just doesn't seem to be the case. I really want to resolve this matter... especially if it turns into a reoccurring issue. How should I go about addressing this? I would like to just call Koodo, but am concerned a fee would be involved (the customer service fees are disconcerting).

Hello Jamie,

A fee would not be invovoled but you're most likely going yo wait on the line. I would contact Koodo via FB messenger.

Hi there!

Did you check your PDF BILL? There should be a section that says "Other Charges and Credits", I would say the 15$ for TAB charge is credited there!

Yes - I looked for a credit immediately, and there is none.

I see... I would give it a full billing cycle, if then you do not see the credit, I would contact Koodo to get a better understanding...
