My phone recently broke and I received a replacement phone, I immediately turned data off but when I went to pay my bill it showed that I had used data. I don't ever recall using and data? Why is this happening?
Because your phone used data before you were able to turn it off. If you want to dispute this, call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone. They may credit you the charge if you explain your situation. They may not. Good luck!
