My wife's current amount owing is $94.96, due on August 07, 2018. But, She is usually charged with basic rate ($40). In the current bill, there is additional airtime charge of $50. She can use 500 minutes per month in my plan. I found out that I was charged of the local calls that I just received. I can not understand why She has to be charged at the calls she did not make.

Calls recived and made are charged or taken from your alloted minutes not just calls made.

If you just changed your plan or this is your first month then you don't have the full 500 minutes as your plan is prorated. Did you just change your plan or just sign up or are you questioning being charged for incoming calls?

She has used this plan for 2 years and this is the first time.  She did not change anything.
I can not understand why this kind of thing happen.  I am questioning be charged for incoming local calls.
I checked the detailed usage and charges.
The over airtime charges were made for the received calls when total airtime (including incoming calls) was over 500 minutes.
Is there any chance that 500 minutes includes incoming calls ?
If so, I think that it is unfair and unreasonable charging for the calls just received.

Also, log into self serve and check your e-bill.

It will show you all the information about your minutes overage charge. (To/From numbers, how long is each call...etc)

Incoming calls still use your airtime if you received it daytime.

Because you are charged for incoming calls once you go past your alloted 500 minutes or its not covered by your free evenings and weekends
