changing plans.

How come I cannot change plans online? I'll go through the process and when it has come time to click confirm.. there's no confirm button anymore.

try using a different browser, such as internet explorer. If that is not the issue perhaps you have changed your plan recently, there might be conflict with you doing another change so soon. If your not satisfied with that then you can e-mail koodo directly with the issue you are having and tell them which plan you would like to change too. They are fairly quick at responding and if you prefer to call in just explain the situation so you can avoid the $10 admin fee for asking them to change your plan for you instead of doing it yourself online.

I have changed my plan online several times without a problem using a PC with Google Chrome. Are you trying to go down to a cheaper plan? From what my Koodo rep said you can upgrade a plan but you can't downgrade a plan. Another thought, you can only change your plan online once per billing cycle.
