I just recently moved from Quebec to Newfoundland and I'm looking to change my phone number. I called into the number give (1-866-99-KOODO) and went through all the options, but couldn't find one for changing phone numbers. Option #4, as everyone suggests going to, is for lost phones or resetting voicemail password; those were the only two options available to me there.

How can I change my number to a new province?

If you were to call Koodo, listen for the option for euither tech support OR customer care. Either department can do the number change fro free since it is a move. You could also log into Self Serve adn change the number there. Go to Mobile Phone, then Change Number. Select your local area and proceed

It's a move to a different province, Tyler, self serve won't work in this particular case.

Hi Matthew
As tyler said if you are to call koodo to change number or for any other request you can choose either customer care or tech support and you will speak to someone who ' ll take care of you for sure. It s better to listen to the recording and choose the right option ..but if you are lost and not sure which option you have to push then clustomer care or tech. Another thing if you are lost , keep pressing 0 and the "Robot" will hands you off to a "human" !

I think Care is the default for those that press "0"

If you can, go to a Koodo kiosk and it will cost you nothing :

It will cost him nothing when he calls too as it is a move and Koodo does not charge for number changes when a move is the reason

No problem. Both suggestions are valid :) I guess it's whichever one is more convenient :P

Probably you've got this taken care of by now but it's actually option #5 to speak to customer service.

Hello.
I have a temporary number in Ontario. Moving to Saskatchewan and going to change for local SK number. Is it possible to do it still being in Ontario?

Once you're moved in SK and the address is updated in Koodo's system, you can change the number in Self Serve. If you would like to change the number ahead of time from ON to SK number, give Koodo a call from a landline at 1-866-995-6636 option 5 for Customer Service or option 6 for Tech Support and they can change the number for you at no cost since it has to deal with a move to another province

Thanks Tyler.
What if I would change my temp ON number for my number from other network, because cancellation is before I move to SK and i need this number till I leave ON. And change the number again for SK number right before to leave there.
Is it possible to change number 2 times in one month?
