I can't change my address on Self Serve. It says that I am not authorized to view that information. What do I do?

You should give Koodo a call so they make the change for you! And by adress you mean e-mail or where you live?

If you are not authorized it's probably because you are not the official account holder. Ask whoever name the account is in to authorize you to make changes. It can be done online.
