I have a ($29+$5 large tap) Koodo plan and cannot see my plan on the website. I got my plan last September. I still have more than a year to pay for it and is it possible to change my plan? Like the one with 200 minutes and 100MB of Data that costs $28.

Yes but you first will have to pay off your tab in full which can be done through your self serve. After you've paid off your tab you will have to call to change your plan.

I got my tab for free. How does it work then?

First thing - it sounds like you have a medium tab (the extra $5 charge indicates a medium tab - large tabs cost an extra $10 and have specific plans that you need to get - this is not one of them).

\you can go to your self serve and change the plan to the $28 plan (200 min/100MB) without paying off the tab first.

Please keep in mind that the $5 charge for the tab will be added on to the plan that you then choose.( so your bill would be $28 + $5 + overage + long distance + tax).

If you need help while changing your plan through self serve, then call *611 and any agent would be able to walk you through what to do, so that you can do it yourself in case you want to change it in the future, and they can help you with it. There is a $10 charge to have an agent do it for you, that's why I suggest that you do it, but have them walk you through it (means that there would be no charge since you are doing it through self serve)

Hi Dave, our new plans are not compatible with the old Tab. Kim would have to pay off her Tab first, then she would be eligible for the new plan. Currently, they are not available via Self Serve so we would make the switch free of charge :)

Hi Kim, as Dave explained, the $5 charge indicates that you have a Medium tab. You can switch to the $28 plan but you would have to pay off the remaining amount on your Tab first. If you wish to go that way, give us a call at *611 and we'll charge the Tab on your next bill. We'll then change your plan :) There is another option: you can change your plan and choose one of the "Classic Tab" plan, which is a plan that was offered prior to April 19th. These plans will be available via your Self Serve account. Thank you!
