My phone number is set up as a local number for the lower mainland. I have since moved to the vernon area and would like to make it local here for employers and friends. Not sure what I need to do for that. It is a 778 area code

You can change your phone number, at no charge, from your self serve account. If you call in for a rep to do it, they will charge you for it.

If it doesnt give you options to choose your local calling area you may need to call Koodo to do it. Just tell them you tried on Self Serve but it didnt work
