I am trying to switch my corporate number over to my personal phone now that it is approved. Completed the online form, hit submit and got a white Koodo screen that didn't give any indication the process is moving forward. Wondering how long this takes? How do I know when it is done?
You are not the first person to have this issue. I didn't see it firsthand, but apparently Self Serve is broken. You are supposed to see another Submit button there instead of a white page. Call Koodo, explain the issue, get them to port it for you for free.
