I am thinking of moving out of our Rogers "Family Plan" out of Rogers and into Koodoo. I realize there is know family plan at Koodoo. I just want to know how to start the process. I would like to port our existing pnone numbers into a new account at Koodoo.

Don't cancel your rogers number if you want to keep the same. The process is pretty simple, your best bet is to go to a koodo store if there is one nearby. THey will look after all your port in needs and notify rogers. It's standard to run a credit check so make sure you have at least 2 pieces of id one with a photograph.

Come back here if you have any question this is a very active forum run by customers just like you and I. Welcome to Koodo! :-)

Yeah, there are no "family plans", but if you add all lines under one account, you can get unlimited calling to each other and it makes the bill easy to manage.

Go to a Koodo shop or retailer and find the plans/phones that work best for your family; there's lots of $0 phones available on Tab S (-150 retail) and Tab M -(-300 retail) and maybe some gift cards too. I you can also bring your own if they're unlocked and get 10% off too. There are no activation fees.

To port your #s over, the rep can do that. Just bring your Rogers account #.
