I'm traveling in the US.  I had added a 10-Day roaming add-on but am now having to extend travel for another week which pushes me well beyond the 10 days.  Can I change the 10-Day roaming add-on to the 30-day or do I have to add another 10-day add-on?

You can only have one type of roaming add-on pit on per billing cycle unfortunately. Also I don't believe that you can change the 10 day to a 30 day, certainly not after going through the ten. It's possible that afterwards you could ask to have the ten day one credited if you add a 30 day one saying you last minute ended up staying another week but there's no guarantees. Of course if since you added it, your billing cycle has started over, you can just add the ten day again if it has been working for you.

Welp...apparently that's not accurate.  I still have about 4 days left on my 10 day add-on and my billing cycle ends in 10 days which means Im still in the same billing cycle, and I've added the 30-day to my plan in hopes that I can talk to Koodo and get them to remove the 10-day provided I don't go over the 750MB between the 2 add-ons combined.

Hi Goran and Adam,

You can have multiple roaming add-ons per billing cycle, you can just have 1 of the same roaming add-on per billing cycle. So if you have already got the 10 day but need more, you can add the 30 day plan but you will pay for both the 10 and 30 day, there is no "upgrade" option.
