im trying to change my data plan online and it keeps saying data error? the ladie at the koodo store said i can change it from online but its not letting me

Have you already changed your plan once within the last 30 days, if so you will not be able to change you plan again till your next billing cycle.

If that's not the case attempt the change again, they are constantly working on the website right now and you may have just tried while they were in the process of changing or fixing something.

I tried the online and it said error has accured I'll take a picture it won't load the changing part

This is what it shows up every time I try to change it and I want to change it to the 50 bucks a month instead of the 70 since I don't use that my if data , I haven't been over a gig of data since I got the phone

Their system get glitchy sometimes.
Clearing browsing history/cache and try again.
Or try using different browser.
