Hi, so I really need to access my voicemail, and I can't remember the password. I changed it and it says that it is now my 10-digit phone number, but I cant seem to log on still. I'm putting my phone number in correctly, I'm 99% sure of that, yet it still says "Invalid entry, please re-enter your password". Is there something I am missing?

Hi Caitlyn, you can change your voicemail password in self service... so if you have forgotten the code, you can set it there :)

That's the issue I seem to have. I went over to the pre-paid self serve and got my password reset. From "Overview" to the section where it says "Profile", it was one of the links displayed under my phone number. I clicked it, it said "Reset voicemail password" and I clicked confirm. I was given a message saying that my temporary password was set to my 10-digit mobile phone number and yet it is still not working.

Oh that is weird... I just logged onto my prepaid self service and I found the same under Phone Services - Reset Voicemail Password.

After that all you need to do is long press the 1 on your phone and it will ask for a new passcode right away. Are you saying yours doesn't do that?

It does, I think. It says that my old password has expired, and that I am to re-enter a new 4-15 digit password. I have tried my phone number, which the website says is the temporary password just to be sure. I have also put in what I want my password to later be, but that doesn't seem to work either. After 3 attempts in a row the phone hangs up, saying it is an invalid answer, and I've tried again periodically. I've also opened up my phone, taken out the battery and sim for a few seconds and put it back in, but there was still no change.

Oh I would call Koodo then, Caitlyn, I have tried it with my account and I just entered the new passcode and then finished with # - it accepted that without any "arguments". I did not enter my own phone number first, if that helps.
