If using Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select Settings. Near the bottom of the Settings page, click on the link; Show advanced settings... Scroll down to the heading 'Passwords and forms'. Click on the link, 'Manage Autofill Settings'.

In the 'Addresses' box, highlight your address and click the EDIT button to the right. Locate the email address box and delete your existing email address. Enter your new email address and click OK. Restart Chrome and see if that works.

Thanks for the help however my new e-mail is now auto-filling and my original unchanged password is no longer auto-filling. I only changed my e-mail because I wasn't receiving  my e-bill notifications and Koodo said the problem was with my e-mail provider. However, the original e-mail address is still my primary e-mail and removing it from my auto-fill form would remove it from all sites I presume which I don't want to happen. Thanks again, let's hope my password starts auto-filling again.

If you want to use your original unchanged password with the new email address, you will have to enter the password manually. This is because the new email address is not associated with the original password. Once the password is submitted, Google will offer to save it and the password field should auto-fill from that point on.
