I have tried several times to use and change
my password but everytime I am denied accesss.
What can I do?

log in self serve > click self serve tab > my profile > Change your password

I have tried 'forget your password' more than once and not received any emails. I don't know what the problem is.

Hi Jamie - I don't see an address in the system matching the one you've used here. You'll need to sure you're inputting the same address you would have used to register. If you can't remember, send us a private message on Facebook. An agent will validate you as the account owner and help advise how to reset your profile.
