Change phone on brand new account?

Hey there, I just signed up with Koodo about 1 week ago. Started a new Tab Medium plan, $50 1GB 500 minutes plan 2 year contract, new iPhone SE 16GB.
I had planned to get the 64GB version of the phone, but a few days before I signed up, the iPhone SE 16GB became a $0 phone with Tab Medium - so I took the deal.

Wondering if it is even possible for me to switch to a iPhone SE 64GB phone, without a ton of hassle. The 16GB just doesn't seem like enough space, I am coming from a iPhone 5 32GB. Finding it tough to jam all of my essential stuff into 16GB.

What are my options in this situation?

Hello James,

It's totally possible as long as you're in the first 14 days of the purchase. Just go back to the store where you purchased the phone and return the phone to get a 64 GB one. They'll do everything over there.

And make sure you do a factory reset on the phone before you return it (with all of its original packaging and accessories)
