I bought a new samsung, Galaxy J1 6, phone to replace my samsung Galaxy SII. I had the salesperson at the Koodo store transfer my sim card to the new phone. Now how do I match my new phone up with my pre-paid account? Mary
Thanks Chadwick., I just discovered that in your Koodo account, there is a tab under 'phone services' called 'change SIM card'. You put in your new SIM # and submit. Reset your new phone by turning it off and back on and log out of your koodo account. And it works. Thanks.
