Change of providers

I changed carriers on Friday the 13th and when I got a call this morning, both cells rang (old and new). I hope I am not still paying for my Koodo plan?

Hmm...3-4 days is slightly longer than usual IIRC, but not unheard of. Just give the porting process another day or two and it should be 100% complete. You can take out the old sim from your phone and don't worry about your line with Koodo still being active so you don't get both phones going off at once.

Hey Carole! To add to Goran's comment, know that once you transfer your number to another provider, your Koodo account will automatically be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. You may be experiencing mixed services at the moment, as Goran suggested, taking out the sim card will do the trick! :)
