I want to change my phone number in Self Service. But it always shows 'Sorry, your session has expired. Please return to the main page and login again. Thank you.'. I am sure I am in my account already. Please help. Thx.

Hi Jim,

If you are using Google Chrome, try doing it in incognito mode. Koodo's website has a bad way of handling it's cache/cookies and Chrome's incognito mode is the easiest way of using the site.
