Change Number

I just activated my new number yesterday but I only had a few options and picked in a hurry. I do not like my number as it doesn't have enough 8s in it (don't ask why). It is not allowing me to change my number on self serve and it doesn't even give options. What do i do?

You can only change number once per bill cycle Ninor. You'll be to change online for free in your next cycle.

Hi Ninor,

You can only make phone number changes to your account once every billing cycle. If you are concerned about the number, you can either wait until your next billing cycle and do it through self-serve or you can call Koodo but there will be a $10 service fee to change your phone number.
