Change name of user when two numbers on the same account

I have an account with 2 phone numbers on it. I would like each number to show with the user's name rather than my name in my self-serve.

How do I do that? I don't mind keeping both numbers under one account, I just want the actual user's name to be on there.

Call Koodo using *611. This has to be done over the phone. You will want to do a transfer of ownership of the line. It will cost 25$ I believe.

Roger, what you want to do when you call in to *611 is to ask that the subscriber name for each line be changed. They can assign names to each line.

Ahmad is right! Give us a call and we will be able to help changing each subscriber's name on your account. Rest assured, since modifying the subscriber's name is not available on your Self-Serve, you won't be charged for it.
