Change address - "can not be validated"

I am trying to change my address and it keeps saying it can not be validated and to contact Koodo for help. What do I do?

Well in this case the self serve is not going to accept the address either way. Best thing to do is contact Koodo customer service and have them help change your address. From your phone just dial *611. Mind you they are not open at this time. They are open from 9 am until 7 pm on Sundays. Hope this helps.
