Did you take the sim card and battery out for awhile and put them back in? When did it happen? (Was it working before?) Where are you / Do you have good reception?

As I have an Iphone I could just took off the sim card. It started today, I activated him around 4 pm and is still without service. I am at downtown. I think here there is a good reception.

Is this the same for the 4s? I checked here the settings and my carrier is Koodo 17.0, is this right?

Did not think there was an iOS 8.0.2 - our information says if you upgrade to 8.0.1 then you need to revert back to ios 8.0

If you updated to 8.0.2 from 8.0.1 then your problem should theoretically be fixed. If not, the this wasn't your problem! We need to dig deeper

Do you have a spare phone that uses the same sized sim card? If you do try to put the sim card into that phone to see if ur sim card is activated properly, if it doesn't work in the other phone as well, it's either not unlocked or the sim card isn't activated. Go to ur nearest koodo store and ask for a new sim card(10$)
