I've had a Moto G4 Play for almost a year and recently it started dropping the cellular network when I use it in the house. I noticed that it only now gets 1or 2 bars in the house. Koodo sent it away for servicing and the operating system was changed, however it hasn't made a difference.
I've never had the problem outside the house. The problem seems to have started around the time I installed the Koodo home phone service.  Is it possible that the home phone wireless modem/router is somehow interfering with my cell phone? In case you're wondering why I'm using the cell phone in the house, it's because another family member is using the home phone.

Have you figured this one out yet?
If not, try unplugging your home phone and see if that makes a difference with the service on your cell phone. I don't believe it should interfere with your cell phone but I've seen crazier things.
