I restarted my cell phone (Galaxy S2) however I found that the time was 7:00 PM and the date was January 1 2012. Restarted however the time was 7:00 pm again. Any clues to fix the problem? Many thanks!

Go into your settings of your phone and scroll down to the time and date option, click on it and check that your timezone is set to the time zone you are in.

Cell phones usually download the time from the cellular network, unless set manually in settings. Possibly someone more familiar with the S2 can jump in with the steps to check those settings?

Once your time is set up properly, don't be surprised if it doesn't agree with your PC's automatic clock. If you have "time to kill" :
