Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

I can't view my bill online, I already tried using other computers. I applied for plan $35 dollar but my first bill is $ 59.85. OMG! I don't want to pay blindly without even seeing my bill. gosh!

This error occurs when you click the ebill link? If so then then it is most likely due to adobe plug error. Go to the billing and right click your mouse while on the hyper link for bill. Now find "Save link as". Pop up window will open up with default file type (adobe). Click save and your bill will be saved on your computer. Now you can open and view it using adobe reader.

Strange, it works for me no problem. What browser are you using?

Ok. Let's try another thing

1- Go to the page where hyper links for your ebills are.
2-Instead of clicking on the ebill links look on the right hand side of the page to find "Other Billing Options"
3- Click on "Previous Usage"
4- Enter your name or better enter phone number and hit search.
5- You will now see your name and number displayed.
6- Click your name (it has a hyper link)
7- Now you will see all the usage
8- Hit on "total ($)" which is last column
9- It will sort data in descending order showing charges first

You sure buddy you don't have any add on e.g Data add on or a Long Distance saver etc. ? Did you used any mobile data ? If so then you will be paying for PAY-PER-USE DATA SAVER.

Look at this link https://shop.koodomobile.com/plans/pl...

So you said this is your first bill... It is always a little bit higher. Because You are charged prorated amounts that includes days you activated plan until the end of the billing cycle plus one month in advance.

"your first bill" Hope it helps

Error 500 is something that happened to a lot of customers (me included) a few months ago.

What was happening then was that the site posted the wrong date for the bill, so when you click the link the site tried to post your bill from, for example, the 6th of August when the actual date was the 5th.

The end result was that the site tried to post a file that didn't exist on the server, thus a server error.

A workaround was discovered where you can open the bill in a new tab or window and change the date in the URL to the correct date to open the .pdf.

If you're not what the billing date is supposed to be, you can confirm with Koodo by calling them with 611 form your cell or 1-866-995-6636 from any phone.
